      - Fintech P2P specifically for Educational purpose - Intersection between 2 major industries to be concerned in Indonesia (Finance & Education) - Company growth really fast, high levels person knows how to do their business well - Fresh grad/entry-level had a chance to get many experiences

      Cons

      - High levels person not really experience with the related product which is finance, technology & education - Founder not having a strong Product or Tech background which a bit unbalance between the Financial & the Technology that provided - Stagnant growth for employee personal career (low prioritized) - Gaps in communication flow & cheating processes still happened on the high levels

      - Lack of clarity regarding the jobdesk performed - One person can do many things and not match the initial offer. - Overlapping divisions - Board Management that is inconsistent in making important decisions - Unclear career path - Unstable work-life balance. Your leave, vacation, and even sickness will still be interrupted. There is no limit. - Company is already struggling to find lenders
