Lots of great staff with excellent skillsets, several months of good culture and experiences. Benefits good, HR tried but has zero control...
Cons
Culture changed, they got rid of all leadership who asked questions and contributed ideas, if you are not family or a friend you are not safe in your job.

Pros
No pros whatsoever. If you're thinking about working here, don't. Pay is horrible as well.
Cons
Run as fast as you can. Management is a joke and there is no workload organization whatsoever. Be prepared to be overworked, disorganized and ignored by people here.
The flexibility!! They really make sure that your family comes first.
Cons
Sometimes we take on new projects and its stuff we haven't done before so that stresses people out.
Another con is there are a lot of people who work here who have never had another office job. They have no idea how good they have it because of this. There is a culture of complaints when it is such a freaking easy company to work for
