Unprofessional Conduct - One particularly troubling aspect is the behavior of the partner's wife, who works in HR and secretarial roles. She often communicates with staff in a sarcastic manner, using cryptic messages that imply hidden meanings. Management Attitudes - Managers display similarly unprofessional attitudes, being dismissive of staff struggles and concerns about their well-being. This environment can be likened to a Halloween nightmare, reflecting a significant lack of professionalism.
