Constant bullying & harassment of staff Staff Members are belittled and made cry in front of other staff Horrible unprofessional emails sent about staff who left the company Constant overtime by all staff No culture, staff parties, christmas parties or events ever. Senior Management staff constantly face each other off Terrible language used No time off is acceptable Shouting, yelling and talking with a nasty tone is common Displaying this behaviour when others are in the office Unfair firing and dismissal of staff members making staff members do things above and beyond there job description with no compensation
