Not a great place when you talk about job security, mental peace, being valued, favortism, partiality, very poor sales As per my experience with Delivery Manager & reporting manager, they are not fit for their job. Delivery manager is egoistic, she prefers to priase herself. She bluffs a lot, she thinks she is a genius in client handling, but she is just a blunder. And management will never question her, don't know why. Reporting manager is just a robotic guy who works like a messenger, never understand what the resource is going thru and he loves to build pressure so that you can leave.
