Ehh - Telemarketer Pinnacle Energy Employee Review

Pay was okay, $10/hr but certainly not worth the aggravation of putting up with management

They hire for cold calling staff and mislead you under the impression that these people signed up to get quotes on home repairs, when in reality the vast majority of these individuals have no interest and say so repeatedly on the phone. Management just goes around literally screaming at employees to schedule appointments (which is impossible because they are calling leads from years ago). Incredibly fast employee turnover rate (usually less than a month). Instructed not to leave messages which is a shady business practice because it means they can not technically get in trouble for harassment.

The pay is a decent $11 an hour, and the schedules are very flexible.

Working at Pinnacle Energy will destroy any self-respect you have for yourself. Not only are the managers rude and stubborn. They also treat their employees like garbage and refer to them with all manners of vulgarity. The managers have no idea what it means to be an actual leader, rather they are controlling. The entire company is very shady, and there is plenty of drug use in the workplace both on and off the clock. I would never recommend working for Pinnacle Energy to anyone, nor will I ever get work done by Pinnacle Energy.
