Pros
Many of the people that work/worked there are great people. I made some good friends that I still keep in touch with, though none of them still work there.
Cons
Constant revolving door due to most people being driven away by the owner. Employees that last more than a year or two are rare. Ownership holds very high expectations while providing low compensation compared to industry standards. Most people start to burn out within a year. Employees (including top performers) are constantly made to feel like their job is in jeopardy while the owner preaches about company culture. Most common complaint from the field is that they are unsupported by the office. Pinnacle has a reputation for being shady, and nickel-and-diming their customers and subcontractors while hiding behind a contract to maximize their profits. Having this company on your resume will make people assume you do business the same way.
