Pros
Not many pros to mention, don't expect anything more than a paycheck and unprofessional behavior all around you.
Cons
terrible hours, they would have us work breakfast and dinner double shifts. the first shift would start at 6:45 am and end about 1 pm. then you would have to come back and work from 4 to 10pm. this would happen 3 times a week. Nearly all of your work is outside and is not nice during summer months. No system in place. How things are done everyday changes with the mood of your manager that day.
