You might learn how to deal in a professional environment, but this is extremely tight. If you are new to the Zoho world, you may try them for only 3 months; they will push you to learn, but it will be a lot of pushes and more.

The company lacks genuine ethics, despite appearances. Their way of dealing with others is disrespectful. The CEO prefers to interact with female employees to exert control over them. Employees are expected to work around the clock, even on days off. The company is paranoid about criticism and enforces strict confidentiality through detailed contracts that can be intimidating. The CEO is egotistical, behaving as if he owns Zoho, and treats customers poorly, resulting in lost business. There is an excessive obsession with time-tracking and reporting, which ultimately wastes a significant amount of time.
