Company culture is great, the managment is designed in a way that you get all the directions you need. Team very experienced allows you to grow as a professional. Yes work hours are at least around 9-10hr but it's nearly not as stressful as other trading companies.

Work life balance is not there.

- The cool working environment, which is open to pitching and implementing any idea and infrastructure. - All topics are open for discussion, and you can freely bring up any troubling issues. - Every person in the company can participate in improving processes and practices. - Employees are treated well with perks, external activities, and attentive support. - There are plenty of interesting tasks where you can choose your own approaches to solving them. - There is minimal bureaucracy - no setting goals just for the sake of it, no adhering to agile for the sake of it, and no scheduling meetings just for the sake of it.
