Pros

- Work environment can be fun and dynamic. Alot of leeway is given in times of slow business or hours of the day on what you do. The atmosphere at times is lacks and it allows employees to socialize in a good way. - Problem categories are extensive. If you are interested in working on technology from multiple perspectives this is a great opportunity. It can be challenging and fun.

Cons

- Low budget makes proper fixes difficult or impossible. Equipment, Software, Upgrades are generally considered a cost center and respectful insight into executive decisions regarding denials is generally not given. - Agile type business model causes moral issues and employee confusion. Software development strategies have recently started to become used in more profound business decisions and policies. Without the proper understanding or education in these types of systems and their application, proper testing of strategies is not done and business economics suffers greatly. - Moral and atmosphere. While other employees on a personal level are engaging and excited, business and management practices and staffing issues paint a bleak picture and employee unrest is high, with happiness at a low. - Benefits Benefits are not as they seem. Professional development is only as good as the technicians training you. The company as a whole unlike most others in the industry, do not offer any kind of education or benefits that extend beyond job duties. This leaves no room to grow past the needs of the company. If you need the skills however this is not an issue. - Performance Performance has no real gauge and is upto the discretion of the management staff that sit your review. Reviews are inconsistent and often very late. There is generally not enough correction or guidance on employee performance for anyone to do better. No benchmarks or targets (other than sales) exist that can be used. - Salary Well below industry standards across all fields. There is not clear distinction between job roles or the pay grades between them. - Responsibility Your responsibilities end up being what is sometimes firmly places on you. If you have a skill set it is used to the maximum, but if something falls outside your skillset and you know a little about it, if it becomes useful to the company you are generally expected to take the wheel. Inability to produce results or outright refusal generally has weight during review; regardless of initial hire job description.

Pros

Nice people, great for hands on IT experience, very go with the flow type of staff and it works great for the type of company this is. Also ownership and upper management is very hands on with the work environment without going too far, will help you always and give you good feedback if they see that something isn't completely right. Try and strive to be not like other companies and it is done rather well, I also like that they do have a lot of options to sell and make your job a lot easier when dealing with people. CEO and upper management are genuinely good people that I've never personally had a problem with, never argued at any point and never had too many problems with the people in upper management.

Cons

Policies can be a bit of a learning curve at points, not really much room for promotions above T2. Documentation stuff that they have you read is not very engaging and can be very helpful but can also be complicated to read if you don't have proper experience with IT repairs.
