This company is a very bad company to work for. Employees come and leave after 6 months. Very unprofessional management. I was miserable the entire time and so were all the employees. Turnover is very high with employees. I would certainly advise you to stay away if you value your sanity and happiness. Employees are forced to do things they weren't hired for. No pros I can think off.

- Good company for a fresh engineering graduate to start with in O&G field - Management in U.S is good and laid out - They make you travel if you are interested - Good work-life balance

- Not much to learn after a year - Management is moving to Italy which is not as good as US - No proper training for employees about the product
