Pros

-if you are a TN you would love the city. -QMHP title looks nice in your resume.

Cons

I sold a lot of my stuff in Mexico to come here. I said goodbye to many friends and my family. In the beginning, I was highly motivated, passionate about my career, and ready to help the Latino community. I thought that I was living the best experience of my life. Then, I was surprised about the lack of support and supervision also the high benchmark demands that add to this poor therapeutic adherence from the participants. In my role had been seven therapists already, why?? Well, there are no serious supervisors, and the only supervisor that I had hated the Mexicans and depreciated my psychological knowledge. Soon later I realized that the program was a simulated program and it only proposes unethical practices to extract money found from Medicaid. Nobody supports you to do your benchmark, Nobody training you for your that you are supposed to do hostile work environment.
