Pros

Lots of training opportunities. If you are focused and catch on well with good customer service skills, you'll be placed on a team that will allow you to stay deployed. You can also be called back season after season.

Cons

Pay is not the best, although there is an upside with overtime pay and weekly paychecks. Call center environment for desk claim handlers/agent advocates.

Pros

Possibility to make lots of money and to help people. Travel the country.

Cons

Not stable work at all. You are at the mercy of the weather and insurance companies using contractors over staff adjusters.
