      Pros

      Lots of hardworking, committed colleagues.

      Cons

      Well meaning programs but basics are missing. Benefits need updating. Salaries are low. New employee orientation and on boarding process is not organized. Work prioritization is hard to do because everything is urgent.

      Exposed to QA Protocols, met department heads, very comprehensive ang discussion ng theoretical process nila

      Cons

      Not very interesting reporting topics (pinagreport kami ng purpose ng different QA equipment). No allowance since online lang
