Pros

The ability to work from home and at office is a pro. The salary is decent.

Cons

It is lacking in work culture Lacking In any sympathy Management are one sided and a very toxic environment. The STP lead is never available. Eveytime an issue arises he will pass it on to the team leader. The team leader is ego driven doesn't allow anyone to settle into their positions. Management has bullied a number of employees and playing the victim card. They have a high turnover in the AP department and are also on as a critical level. This is the worst Management I've dealt with they have made a number of employees cry and bully them into leaving. They have specific agendas and expect you to follow anndd if you don't they turk against you and gossip. You are not allowed to talk in the office. If you do you get called by the team leader for a half n hour chat about how you are performing badly and comparisons are made with other colleagues. Gossip is a major part of Management. Other departments know the severity of the issues, however they are unable to speak. The average time a person stays there is 4-6 months. This should raise questions. I have faced bullying, insults , discrimination and no empathy. Do not work at this place as your mental health will worsen. More than 5 employees have left. This is the worst Management I have ever dealt with.

Pros

They pay more than most lower skilled industries around them.

Cons

Atrocious management of people. They will work every single person in their plant into the ground Management is worse than a fast food restaurant No one in management has any credential/experience to actually back validate their pay and positions The culture being pushed down from management is somehow worse than the culture from the laborers who are being worked so hard.
