Underpay, mediocre benefits, work visa employment-trapping, terrible location (Greeley), poor morale, and a worst ethical culture I've ever seen. Senior leadership is hand-picked from JBS in Brazil, without regard for leadership ability. I wish I were exaggerating, but there are running jokes in the office about what favors leadership did to get their positions. Legal, risk, compliance, and internal audit are all basically token teams designed to rubber stamp whatever leadership decides they want to do. HR genuinely doesn't understand why no one wants to work there. Sales acts like a bunch of Wall Street bros. IT talks about AI but can't upgrade anyone past tech from the middle ages. Most of the company run on manual workarounds because they don't have the tools or resources to do their job.
Whenever the best thing about a job is "the people", it usually means there isn't anything else worth mentioning. The reason people bond here is because of their mutual frustrations, and the only reason they stay is because they have no better options.
