Pros
Satisfactory pay and EXCELLENT ability for OVERTIME PAY! Was averaging 65 hours per week and some weeks I was able to work as many as 120 hours in a week when an entire week only contains 56 of working hours if maintained at steady 8 hours per day... And I routinely worked a paid average of 80 hours per week and some weeks even got paid for working in excess of 120 hours which sometimes ONLY entailed 2 - 3 days working > 20 hours but other weeks contained only one day working > 20 hours in addition to a couple days where I was actually paid from most recent "Clock-in" time to next coming "Clock-out" time in excess of 24 hours!!!
Cons
They were FULLY SATISFIED in my 100% SAFETY RECORD which FAR SURPASSED 100% of ALL then current or previous employees performing the same job... The ONLY reason they canned me was because of ONE FALSE POSITIVE Breathalyzer test session where the companies breathalyzer INSISTED I had a "blood alcohol" level in excess of companies "mandatory termination level of 0.04" when the local HOSPITAL ACTUAL BLOOD TEST indicated my ACTUAL BLOOD ALCOHOL LEVEL when terminated was REALLY NO HIGHER THAN 0.00 which would indicate I was 100% SOBER while working when the plant's Breathalyzer was INSISTING I wasn't drunk enough enough to legally obtain a DWI, but was still high enough to result in immediate job termination!!!
