Cons

No HR Management is MIA Real lack of leadership and direction. Goals are far too high and are unachievable. No training, just get thrown in to the mix. Can be difficult communicating product names and philosophies all in French . Account ownership can be confusing and not organized.

Pros

Working at Pierre Frey was a truly enriching experience. The company’s deep heritage in French textile design, combined with a forward-thinking approach to creativity and craftsmanship, made it an inspiring environment to be part of. I had the opportunity to work alongside passionate, talented colleagues and contribute to projects that celebrated both tradition and innovation. The client base in Boston was wonderful to work along side with. One of the highlights of my time there was the leadership — particularly the CEO, whose vision and integrity set the tone for a collaborative and supportive culture. Even though I’ve since moved on to pursue new opportunities, I left with great respect for the brand and its people. I’m grateful for everything I learned at Pierre Frey and will always value my time with the company. I was told about this platform to review companies and it is unfortunate that employess, when they leave say negative things about the company.

Cons

I don't really have anything negative to share
