Pros
- Flat hierachy. - Young teams, approcable & helpful colleagues. - Easy to obtain informations. - Full autonomy, good growth as loads of things to learn but will plateau after a year or so.
Cons
- Too much emphasis on BD. - Operations struggling to keep up. - Pay is average nothing special since its a startup. - Long hours not the usual office hours as this is a tech enabled logisitic company. - No clear processes/workflows. - Insufficient manpower for operations thus less than ideal customer support for delivery agents. - People that actually work doesn't get promoted while idlers will get promoted just because they came in earlier. lol - Qualification centric as someone with Degree will be promoted compared to one without even though its a startup.
