This company has no pros at all. it's the worst company

the constant intervention in my work was why i had to leave. the ceo used think of himeslf as some god in social media management while he himself couldn't write a single post without spelling mistakes. whatever i did, he was always unhappy with my work because he had no idea of what social media management is. this is the worst company to work. i worked here for almost 2 months. the company has no professionalism whatsoever. they never pay their employees on time. this is the first company that i've seen which can't even pay its employees. the self proclaimed ceo/co founders don't even know how to run a company. i was never paid on time. this is the first place where i had to ask for my salary. even after constantly asking for salary everyday they used to tell that i'll get it the next day. after leaving the company, i had to ask for my salary for almost a month. the least they could do was at least pay someone for their hard work. it wasn't just me, it was with all the other employees. they expect us to work hard and in they end they don't want to pay us. i thank god that i've now left this organisation which doesn't even deserve to be called an organisation. joining pickji was the worst decision of my life

The culture at Best Company is by far the greatest asset. You can tell that they truly care about the happiness of their employees. It's a really relaxed and calm environment, even though the work we do can be fast-paced. I don't dread coming into work on Monday mornings and the managers are extremely patient and understanding. -Good Salary -Flexible With Vacation Time -Increment Benefits -Work From Home
