Pros
Since joining Physitrack, I’ve consistently felt valued and supported. There’s a real emphasis on personal and professional development, I’ve had the opportunity to grow my skills, take on exciting projects, and always had the backing of my team and leadership to make that growth possible.
What stands out most is how the company handled a challenging period. Leadership navigated it with transparency, integrity, and care, and as a result, Physitrack has emerged stronger and more focused. It’s not the same company it was when I joined, it’s better, and it continues to evolve in a really positive direction.
Cons
While remote working offers flexibility and autonomy, I do miss face-to-face time with colleagues. That said, the recent strategy to open a London hub is a great step toward improving this.
