Pros
As Ed Catmull has said, "When it comes to creative inspirations job titles and hierarchy are meaningless". Phycom is a company that promotes self-expression and during my tenure at Phycom, I felt that it achieved that by promoting the idea of no hierarchical barriers in the office. In every discussion, I was involved in I noticed that no other participants ever felt left out from the discussion and their inputs were always encouraged no matter what their post was. Which I feel is creating a creative atmosphere in the company. I feel this one quality of Phycom is enabling many perks for the employees, the time flexibility I have experienced there is one of them, which shows how much the company is trusting its employees and their efforts. Ultimately Phycom encourages employees for collaboration and unhindered communication no matter what the position of the employee is.
Cons
I cannot find any cons here. Usually, problems start when there is a communication gap. Which is definitely not the case at Phycom
