Pros

i am a techie so my review is going to be limited to the IT side of the company. - Good salaries, flexible PTO option - great technical stack - awesome team members who raise the performance bar everyday - management is trying to move to a mature model of delivering code. Hopefully that will be a success. - free snacks/drinks

Cons

- no 401K match or bonus. At least one should be added to prevent attrition. - work/life balance can be uneven. But thats the DNA of a startup, so not a big issue. - snacks/drinks should have healthier options for improving health of the employees.

I agree we have awesome team members! Maintaining competitive benefits is a top priority so the 401(k) plan will be something to look at as we evaluate our benefit offerings for next year. Thanks for the feedback!
