Pros
The paycheck was on time. Literally, that is the only positive thing I can say about this experience. If you are looking for anything else—growth, respect, or a sense of purpose—look elsewhere.
Cons
Financial Embarrassment - It is insulting to watch leadership spend millions on flashy team meetings and corporate vanity projects, only to turn around and lay off the very employees who keep the lights on.
Favoritism - This company does not run on merit; it runs on favoritism. If you aren't one of the hand-picked favorites, you will never be appreciated or respected. You are essentially a ghost in the machine, expected to do the heavy lifting while the "favorites" get the accolades.
Culture - The environment is suffocating. Management from the top down has zero interest in the needs or well-being of their teams. There is a total lack of empathy and a complete refusal to listen when employees ask for help or resources.
Work-Life Balance - Management views "work-life balance" as a myth. They expect total devotion but offer zero flexibility or support in return.
Compensation - The compensation is significantly below market rate for the level of stress and the volume of work expected.
