      Work from home, but not always possible.

      Cons

      This is NOT the company you want to work for. It is the worst I've ever seen it, with extremely poor leadership. Negative culture. Poor management, hostile work environment.

      Strong Leadership at C-Level (low EGO) Depth of product and areas of investment/innovation Market tailwinds Very strong team (seems to raise the bar with each hire) Long-term mindset

      Cons

      Prague HQ means a natural lag on some processes in the US but good progress in removing dependencies
