      Sometimes you get to unleash your creativity

      Cons

      Owner is money crazed, and refuses to update the work environment and micromanges and treats employees like dogs. Barley any benefits and no hope for a raise.

      Pros

      The employees who work in the front office and warehouse are all very competent and friendly. The equipment and computers aren't state of the art but they get the job done.

      Cons

      The owner/director micromanages every employee, even the positions he has no expertise or experience in. Turn over is very high because his personality makes for a very toxic work environment.
