Pros

The work is technically challenging and varied. Phonexa operates across a wide range of client use cases, so there's always something new to learn and you're continuously developing every day. Feedback from management is always constructive and well-considered, expectations are clear and there's a strong culture of transparency. Health and personal circumstances are handled with maturity and without judgement - that level of trust and flexibility is something I haven't experienced to the same degree elsewhere. Progression at Phonexa is real, achievement is recognised and when there's an opportunity to move forward, the support to get there is provided. That might be training, mentorship, or simply having management who pay attention to where you want to go. The culture is so strong - the company invests in the team with regular activities, and lunch provided three times a week which reflects a genuine commitment to making it a good place to work.

Pros

Pay was good. Health benefits were good. That's it.

Cons

Unstable, chaotic, hostile, exploitative, and overall horrible work environment. They act like they have their stuff together, but they don't. The company operates at the unhinged whims of their president/ceo or whatever he feels like calling himself. Worst experience of my professional career. - Oh and the positive review are fake. People are forced to make them.
