Pros

The call center agent team members were great.

Cons

terrible management. if this company was any more poorly managed they'd be the Chicago Bears. they act like they care about employees, but when the pandemic hit. they showed their true colors, only about profits, employee mentally health, work life balance, work load balance thrown out the window and has been terrible since. they eliminated cash incentive program and never notified employees so they coupd exploit high performers. If you speak up about toxic environment they pretend to listen then retaliate until they find excuse to fire you. high staff turn over but same management is in place and they just reassign the managers to a different team like they are the catholic church ignoring the real problem.
