Pros
Nicest and helpful hr, Michele and Tina helped me when I had some ups and downs in my life, and trampes made sure to answer all of my questions, couldn’t say anything about the rest of the dept since I never spoke to them. Management on the floor was helpful at times but you could tell they had favorites and treated them more specially than others
Cons
It’s a male centric environment and if your a woman you will hardly get anywhere in this job, just look at the people in offices, all of the woman are in positions lower than the men even if they have more seniority and experience, it’s a mans world in this place. Columbians are the majority and also smoke pot on night shift but since it’s their company they get away with it
