They were very commanding in my relocating to California from Texas. Allowed me to go to Texas when I needed to take care of lose ends.

That there wasn’t enough time or work for me to continue to work for them at the time.

Hardly any good qualities at this company

Lack of leadership, no accountability, blame culture, lacks employee growth, lacks work life balance, and not investing in employee retention and development.
