Pros
Lots of pros, solid growing company, positive environment, career development opportunities, competitive salaries, affordable benefits, 401K, and bonus. However, the best thing about them is the People! Starting with leadership, they lead by example and don't expect from others what they aren't demanding of themselves. They genuinely value and care about the staff. They want them to be happy! They also strive to be the best and are open to suggestions on areas of improvement.
Cons
As an administrative employee working in the dept I'm in, I have a difficult time finding cons as I have sincerely had such a positive experience. This is a fast growing company! Headcount increased by 230 people in 3 years, so growing pains are inevitable. On the operations side they are always looking for ways to improve. Given the fast paced nature of a manufacturing environment, its not for everyone. Finding the right balance of staff, then proper training and development can be challenging. They are invested and working on ways to improve that.
