Some of the pros were having a very flexible schedule, with co-workers who were willing to cover shifts whenever need be. Another was having shorter shifts but still making decent pay.
Cons
Some of the cons were having to work with a huge language barrier with the line cooks making it almost impossible to communicate with them. Another was that some of the other servers there were very abrasive as were the line cooks making it hard to want to come in to work, especially with the fear of being cussed out for making a mistake whilst handling food.
