Cons
Poor communication; all communication is automated, leading to many miscommunications. I was scolded by a support representative for not reading a "best practices" email that was never sent to me. No benefits for photographers, only corporate employees. On my first assignment, the client wasn't even there. They pay gas compensation, but it doesn't account for the many hours it takes to drive. My third assignment was 100mi. round-trip for which they offered $30 travel compensation.
