Pros
Plenty of work getting shoveled on to your plate. So if you like doing two or three peoples jobs this is the place to gain horizontal skills. But don't look up, cuz there's no where to go.
Cons
If you value job security, this is not the place for you. Since the new leadership took over, there have been constant layoffs, with little transparency or communication. Upper management is more focused on cutting costs than supporting employees, and morale is at an all-time low. Hard work isn't recognized—only numbers and efficiency matter. Not a great place if you want stability or growth.
