On Way to Corporate - Sales Athlete Philz Coffee Employee Review

Tbh Glassdoor isn’t letting me see what I want to see without another review so I’m going to another Philz review. When I left, it was already on way to corporate. This was 2021.Our turnover was high, even our new manager had left, & she wasn’t even fit for the position in the first place. She promoted people that shouldn’n’t have been promoted. It made it worse followed by a few more people that left. At this point,I do believe Philz is well on its way to wanting to become the next Starbucks. The path of community that built them is no longer existing. Food’s no oinger made fresh. Nothing makes them unique. You can simply make everything at home. Save money.
