Cons
Lack of leadership in certain divisions. Inexperienced employees promoted only because of their length of employment with company, not based on merit or experience. Lots of talk about diversity and inclusion however it is not truly applied. Ageism is rampant. Bad employees are just moved from area to area without addressing the issues, no performance improvement plans in place or disciplinary actions taken. HR allows too much personal drama in the workplace. Lack of experience in HR Leadership positions trickles down and affects all other areas. No formal training plans or performance evaluations in place for certain roles and new hires. They allow bad employees to grow with the company and when issues are brought forward there is a lack of objective investigation.
