As our Vice President of Talent, I would love to hear more about your concerns with some managers and future growth. While not all ideas are able to be implemented immediately, many of the game-changing ideas originated from the team rather than managers. I'd love to hear more from you!
While it appears that there are a lot of younger team members perhaps in more of the entry level roles, 62% of our team is age 35 - 65+.
