- Blaming culture is on a whole new level here
- Very long working hours (overtime not paid)
- You are expected not to go on normal holiday but take your off-time in small 1-2 days chunks so no one has to substitute you = you can do your missed work in overtime the next days. Actually there is a kind of a "competition" who has the most unused holidays from previous years, tells it all.
- Weak on-site management (not willing to confront) combined with super bossy and controlling regional manager.
- Very little chance for career development on-site due to small and flat organisation. You may have to move abroad to other Philips sites.
- Low pay
- In general you have a "cheap" feeling working there. Eg. very limited budget for business trips, old and cheap IT equipments/phones, no professional trainings
