Pros
The salary is relatively okay compared to some other organizations in the same field. The work itself can be meaningful, especially knowing that the organization contributes to humanitarian efforts and public service.
Cons
Management can be quite toxic at times, with poor communication and lack of support for staff. There are no bonuses, and overtime work is often expected but not compensated. Because of these issues, the turnover rate is very high, and many employees do not stay long.
