Typical 8-5 on weekdays setup. Time in and out is flexible which is very unique and advantageous. Annual health coverage worth 50,000 and some enjoyable programs/perks for employees every now and then.
Cons
It's very hard to get regularized no matter how good you are and how hard you work. There are only a few plantilla positions plus politics plays a part even among the lowest ranks.
