Pros
All non-managerial employees are great to work with because they deal with the same struggles as you. Quantity is always rewarded over quality. (I know I've seen that mentioned on another post here.) So if you make plenty of errors and could really care less about your work, but do it quickly, send them a resume. PHLY does have some great products, and if you're lucky enough to deal with people who have been working there a while, you can get things done properly, if not good luck.
Cons
Understaffed/Undertrained. I realize turnover is high, so they don't want to expend many resources on training new employees...but possibly that could be the key to reducing turnover. Never worked in a office setting before where I saw one of my coworkers cry because of the job, well at PHLY I saw multiple people cry. Keep it up Mgmt, seems to work for you. HR department is a joke at best.
