The workplace is fun and helpful. They are willing to help us to improve and to do great service to people.
Cons
The higher-ups in the region didn't give the things we needed (like travel, access to the system) to fulfill the job, which the most crucial part of the work. They accused us of doing things that aren't in our job description, but it is really in our job description. They insisted on those accusations and didn't renew our contract even we have a high performance.
There are lots of tasks to do to keep you busy but it usually depends on which section your assigned. The employees are very nice and are helpful in teaching some of us interns there.
Cons
Sometimes the system that they use can crash once in a while which is kinda annoying especially since there is a quota to be reached
