Pros
PSI has some of the coolest projects to work on that I've come across, with opportunities to shift between projects, work with others who are on different projects. There seems to be a very good work-life balance with this company, where it seems that as long as you get your work done by the deadlines, you are encouraged to keep that balance.
Cons
Management is helpful, but not the friendliest people on the planet.
