      So many great benefits...health insurance, discounts on products, beautiful office building/campus, and much, much more.

      Cons

      So many managers, not enough workers. The infrastructure needs improvement in order to keep up with the amount of work that needs to be done.

      Great leadership, great products, great people to work with. I was with the company for 15 years, total professionals at what they do. One of the best corporate leadership teams I have worked with. Lots of growth and opportunities for advancement. Always felt the company really cared for its employees and its community.
