Co-workers are all VERY helpful, knowledgeable, professional and fun. Feels like your working with family. Experiencing Major Growth As A Company. Many opportunities in the future. Benefits are average, but well rounded. Many company perks that make coming to work everyday worth it. Still a small company, many positive things come with that. Many people have been working there for almost as long as the company has existed. Very health and community oriented. Mastering your skills are very important to Pharamtek. Great company culture.
Cons
Technology isn't the absolute best. Hardware/systems are a bit outdated. Still uses a paper system. No technology inside the labs or suites. Everything is done by hand on paper. No real automation (again with the technology). The path to advance isn't very clear (although it does exist).
