The staff and managers are the nicest, smartest, hardest-working people I've ever met. The work happening here is incredible.

The CTO creates what I think is a hostile, intimidating environment where people whisper and are always afraid he will call them into his office. I was told by multiple people that 'he treats everybody that way'. I lasted 7 days, I have never been treated so poorly, especially at a new position! If you interview for this company, make sure you ask specific questions and get everything in writing.

I did not see anything pro except once a month I got free lunch

- I did everything except for the job I was hired to do - The CTO treats you like you don't exist. He asked me to get out of his office when I went there to get some information (which by the way my manager asked me to do) - The employees talk in Chinese all the time. When I told my CEO that I don't understand during meetings what they speak, he said "he cannot mandate a language and I will have adjust" - They tried eliminating my position because I was voicing my opinions and then when I requested them to not eliminate the CEO agreed but reduced my work hours and salary by more than half - They never appreciate your work EVER. - There was a point where I felt I should actually file a case of mental harassment against them. - They did not apply for my visa but applied for the rest of them (total of 6) that year. When asked, they avoided my question and then months later my manager gives me reason that made no sense - They pay you way below the industry standard.
