Cons
They are so disorganized.... I received an employment review form back in late July early August and still haven't had my review. They seem as though they like bodies not brains. The company doesn't pay that well and keeps the profits for the owners. Managers are only making 36,000 a year and reps are only making 31,200 a year plus bogus commission that they will take away from you without notice.
