Good leave, work from home policy (2 days a week, 3 days from office, need to clock 5hr in office) salary on time, good salary hikes, great vertical growth as well horizontal
Cons
Less salary than market value, laterals with less experience in actual works gets paid more, no uniform salary structure, bond for freshers (retention bonus: a part of in hand salary ranges from 2-4 lacs per year which needs be returned if you leave without serving 3.5year )
