Don't believe what you read... - Account Executive Pharma Logistics Employee Review

Pros

Not having to go into an office is the only pro I can think of.

Cons

MICRO-MANAGEMENT from owner to managers is the worst I've ever seen. It's no wonder the rep turnover is among the highest in the industry. Burn them up, spit them out should be the company slogan. If you believe all the reviews on here are accurate and not staged by upper management and HR re-read them. They all have the same message - building some here...it's a career...great leadership. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Pharma Logistics Response
10y
Upon receipt and review of this posting, Pharma Logistics immediately reached out to our Account Executives in the Chicagoland area to address these concerns. Our Pharmers unequivocally denied writing this review and were offended that somebody would use the anonymity of Glassdoor to tarnish their own professional reputation. We trust and believe in our Pharmers. Therefore, the only reasonable conclusion we can arrive at is this is an intentionally false review, posted by an individual to intentionally damage and tarnish the hard earned reputation of Pharma Logistics and our staff. While we respect the benefit of anonymous websites like Glassdoor, and while we encourage all current and former Pharmers to post feedback, we have no ability ensure all people will be honest in their reviews. “Don’t believe what you read” is the title of this post and sums up our response to these intentionally false and misleading statements.
